CURRENT TRUCKER RESERVATION SYSTEM (PRO-PASS) MANDATORY HOURS

• Monday – Friday – 0500 hours (gate opening) – 1500 hours

Monday – Friday: 0500-1800 hours**

• **PRO-PASS TRS mandatory hours conclude at 1500 hours
• **Final reefer pick-up will conclude at 1630 hours
• **FLIP service to run from 0600 – 1200 hours. A meal hour will be observed from 1200 – 1300 hours. FLIP service will resume at 1300 hours

Saturday:

• Virginia International Gateway (VIG) will open at 0800 hours, with an inbound portal closure of 1600 hours
  • Final reefer pick-up will conclude at 1530 hours
  • PRO-PASS TRS mandatory hours will be in effect from 0800 – 1600 hours at VIG
  • Prior day reservations strongly recommended – same day reservations may be made
  • The Empty Return Matrix will designate returns for Saturday

Sunday:

• Truck gates closed

review to determine if LTL will be operational on these holidays.

• The Pinners Point Container Yard (PPCY) – Truck gates closed
• Portsmouth Chassis Yard (PCY) will open at 0800 hours, with last trucks in / last units handled at 1630 hours
• Reefer Service Area (RSA) – Truck gates closed
• The Empty Return Matrix will designate returns for Saturday

Sunday:

• Truck gates closed

As always, we will continue to closely monitor our volumes and the on-terminal experience of our trucking partners to ensure the efficient movement of our customers’ freight.

Effective Monday, May 4, 2020

• PMT’s truck gates will be CLOSED
• In light of market conditions, we find it prudent and necessary to take steps to consolidate our ocean carrier services at VIG and NIT, and adjust our gate hours.

Monday – Friday: 0700 – 1630 hours; Last truck in 1600 hours.

RMT will be CLOSED on Saturdays and Sundays.

Barge Schedule:

• Exports: Departs Richmond; Available at NIT and VIG day of arrival
• Imports: Departs Hampton Roads; Available at RMT day of arrival
