Submitting an Invoice

If you have done business with one of the Port of Virginia’s entities and are seeking payment, please deliver invoices accordingly. Invoices must be addressed to “Virginia Port Authority,” “Virginia International Terminals, LLC,” or “HRCP II, LLC;” not to “The Port of Virginia.”

To expedite and ensure prompt payment, invoices must be delivered directly to the finance department via one of the methods outlined below and contain a valid P.O. number or contract number.
