In order to expedite your approval, please follow the steps below so we can better serve you and  eliminate delays in the process. Please note this will not affect existing motor carrier partners that are in good standing with HRCP.

Chassis Locations by Terminal

PCY

All Good, Damaged, Quick Fix and Roadability Chassis are handled within the PCY.

All Tire Casings should be returned to an HRCP representative or MRS representative within the PCY.

NIT

All Good, Quick Fix and Roadability Chassis are handled within the CSA.

All Damaged Chassis are handled within the 700 Row.

All Tire Casings should be returned to an HRCP representative or MRS / ITS-CGI representative within the CSA or 700 Row.

VIG

All Good, Damaged, Quick Fix and Roadability Chassis are handled within the Chassis Service Area (CSA).

Good Chassis must return to the PCY.

As a reminder, VIG no longer accepts bare chassis and chassis swapping is not permitted.

All Tire Casings should be returned to an HRCP representative or MRS representative within the CSA.
